PlayerRoster · prototype board
10-a-side, two 15-minute halves, subs at 7:30. Five interchangeable forwards, five positional backs, and everyone gets at least half a game. Plan every game of the tournament in advance; apply a saved plan, log an injury or mark a period played and the rest reflows, including the games still to come.
Shared with the other coaches. It stops itself at half-time and full time; "Subs done" on the window card marks the quarter played and moves the board on.
Tap a cell to pin a player, take someone off injured, or unpin. "Pin quarter" freezes a column as planned, "Apply here" drops a saved plan or template onto that quarter only, and "Lock this game" freezes every unplayed quarter so nothing reflows until you unlock. Yellow marks what your last action changed.
What has to happen at each break: who comes off, who goes on where, who changes position.
Periods are 7:30 each. Two periods is the half-game minimum. Grouped by the position each player plays most.
Goals, not rules: everyone who can rest gets a game at two periods (with seven forwards for five slots, six get a third period every game, so the rest should go round), and everyone starts a game. Later games hold the spare periods back from anyone still owed a rest and put anyone still owed a start on at kick-off, harder as the games run out; the half-game minimum and the positions always come first. Players are grouped by the position they play most, so like-for-like periods sit together. Green cells are rest games, underlined numbers are starts.
Saved from any game. Apply one to the whole of the current game here, or to a single quarter from that quarter's header; either way you see what would change first. Yellow cells differ from the current game's plan; struck-through players can't play this game.
Each player's positions in their own choice order: 1st is their main position. Set a position to "–" to take it away. Absence is per game.
